
The Packaging Standards Council
The Packaging Standards Council exists to help ensure high environmental standards in packaging. It encourages and promotes good packaging and seeks continuous improvement in areas such as over-packaging, ease of opening and honesty in presentation. The PSC is a multi-stakeholder forum that receives complaints concerning packaging, investigates these with packaging manufacturers, users and independent experts, and where necessary provides advice for improvement.
The PSC was operational from 1992 to 1996 and has been dormant since then. Demand for the PSC remains high and a project is currently underway to continue the PSC's work once again. In case of enquiry please contact:
